This page exists as a non-definitive personal collection of Palestinian existence in attempt to platform Palestinians voices. Regardless of this pages appearance, the best and only way to preserve Palestinian culture is to protect, preserve, and love Palestinian lives.

I am not here to argue nuances, pretend to know solutions, or debate indigeneity or its meaning, I am here with one stance. Palestinian suffering and genocide is irrefutably real and something must be done. Nation states are a contemporary concept. Nations do not have rights, human beings do. That is my concern. I am also not an expert. I do hope, however, to point you in the direction of those who are. It is also important to acknowledge that everything is propaganda. Every speaker exists in their own context and understanding different to the reader. I am not a historian. I simply believe that to truly know and love the Palestinian cause is to know the peoples joy, rather than just the suffering. They deserve more than just that.

This is an amature, unofficial, and changing collection. I am just some guy.

Tool Kits for Taking Action

Within Our Lifetime's Rally Toolkit. Basic resource for people looking to organize perhaps a first initial action in their community. Basic protest organization and best practice information. brief, but gets the job done.

Palestinian Feminist Collective Action Toolkit. Incredibly comprehensive and well made guide on how to take action. Provides a truly impressive number of references and resources as well as comprehensive education while still being a brief and easy to consume document. I really recomend this one, if nothing else.

Poetry Library

I try to provide free poems, but suggest purchasing books or full collections when able.

The Butterfly's Burden by Mahmoud Darwish,

Hala Alyan's work. A decent amount of which can be found for free under Selected Works on her website, linked here.

The Work of Tawfiq Zayyad.

Performance of 'We Teach Life Here, Sir' by Rafeef Ziadah

Minza, The Palestine Issue. A sizable and great collection of prose, poetry, and illustrations by Palestinian artists.

The Gaza Monologues. This should be sorted as theatre, but is included here since the monologues read as such and I felt it a project worth including.

Heart With Windows But No Doors, by Nasser Rabah. I suggest looking into his other work if you like this.

Things You May Find Hidden In My Ear by Mosab Abu Toha From a poetry book of the same name.

Film Collection

(still growing!)

Where Should The Birds Fly by Fida Qishta. This film begins in 2004 and ends in 2011, this documentary follows an 11 year old girl whos family was lost in Operation Cast Lead. The director also follows the story of their own work, life, and family as well.

Elia Suleimann is a notable Palestinian director with a prolific body of work. Known for taking a dark satirical yet subdued approach. Covers issues pertaining to Palestine and the Arab world. In my oppinion almost sort of comperable to Kurt Vonnegut in tone?. I really recomend.
